These Terms of Service are between you and nova8 Technologies LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("nova8"). By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the website. These Terms of Service govern your use of the nova8 Technologies website and its informational services only. Use of the nova8OS and nova8 Cloud Platform products is governed by the separate nova8OS End-User License Agreement and nova8 Cloud Platform Terms of Service, which control over these terms with respect to product use.
Our services are intended for business use by qualified organizations. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable laws, including export control regulations.
All content, software, and technology provided by nova8 Technologies is protected by intellectual property laws. nova8OS, the nova8 logo, and related marks are trademarks of nova8 Technologies. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
Using this website does not create a nondisclosure agreement. Do not submit confidential technical information through the contact form or N8 unless nova8 has separately agreed in writing to receive it under confidentiality terms. Any separately executed confidentiality agreement controls the information covered by it. Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, nova8 Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.
Our products and services may be subject to U.S. export control laws. You agree not to export or re-export any technical data or products received from nova8 Technologies in violation of applicable export control laws.
Providing a phone number on our contact form does not opt you into SMS. These SMS terms apply only if you separately consent to receive text messages from nova8 about your inquiries or customer-service conversations. The opt-in disclosure must identify the messages covered; these website terms do not themselves provide consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Subject to rights and forums that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state courts in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming.
